We bet that everyone you know who's been to San Francisco has drank some cheap beer or seen the Golden Gate Bridge. But how many people do you know have visited SF and learned about astonomy? For free? Our guess is not many. San Francisco Amateur Astronomers (SFAA) hosts a free astronomy lecture on the third Wednesday of every month. Starting at 8 p.m. and running for an hour and a half, this event features talks by astronomy experts and gives you a chance to learn something new. Show up at 7:30 for coffee and a light snack!
