It is a very nice place where to stay in Frisco, especially if you are on your own. The crew is young and always friendly. Even if there are no doors, the rooms are quite and globally it is a clean place. I recommend this place also because is very central.
I stayed for two nights on a weekend. Very friendly atmosphere! There's a homelike feeling despite so many different people around. The accommodations are as comfortable as it gets in a hostel
Really love my stay at Pacific Tradewinds. I'll be there next year for GDC as well.

This hostel was great, I really enjoyed staying there. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so kind. You get to know a lot of people because the hostel is very small. I liked it very much, thanks Pacific Tradewinds!
Ryan was an awesome friendly receptionist! The hostel was in an excellent location, just 5 blocks away from BART, and a close walk to Embarcadero. Everything was clean, the showers had hot water, and free wifi! Hanging out in the common room was a lot of fun, and it was very easy to meet people. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to visiting again!
what can I say? i've been in SFO in twice and this is my 1st time @ Pacific Tradewinds and I would definitely come back.. It's a great hostel, the staff is amaizing, C and R are great... thanks guys.. best time ever in SFO!!!
Clean, friendly, great location, everything you want in a hostel! I came back a second time and invited my friends. What better evidence do you need than that?

It was amazing time at PTW! It was so much fun meeting all these cool people...The staff was helpful and reeeeaaaally nice, I slept so good in the girls dorm and rooms were clean! Next time SF not without a stay in PTW :-)
