I could not stay here because my travel plans changed, but it was a very nice place, and they helped me to find other place to stay.

Highly recommend! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a list of suggestions for you daily and were always around to answer any other questions. The location is amazing and for the price can't be beat. The whole place was set up nicely and kept clean. Great hostel!

It was a very pleasant experience staying Pacific Tradewind. Staff are very wellcoming and informative about the city. If you are travelling alone and never been to San Francisco. I defenitely suggest you to stay with them. You will certainly come home with an amazing experience and a handful of new friends. I do!

I stayed at this hostel for 7 days. Not only is the location wonderfully situated in downtown SF, but the lodgings were clean and a full kitchen is available. I loved coming home to new friends every day after I'd been out touring. Most surprising was how well I slept. The hostel has quiet hours that are actually observed! The staff were quick to learn my name and help me plan my activities around town. Overall, a fantastic experience. Wish every city had a hostel like this one.

Loved this hostel! Such a friendly group of people. Place was very clean. I felt very secure there and safe. I wish I had been around the home more to get to know people and hang out, but I was so busy during my quick visit. I hope to stay there again in the future.

A really nice hostel, with more than really nice people!:) Everyone from the crew was very nice and helpful, the place is clean and tidy, and is in a very good location. Met a lot of nice people within the guests, and had problems with no one. Would definitely go back!!!

Nice staying at Darren's place... very nice crew, kind and really alive. Rooms and bathroom cleaned, a friendly community around, you can ask for everything you need someone is always ready to help you. Good position in SF.
