Pacific Tradewinds Hostel Guest Rules and Agreement

Welcome to our small traveler's community. Pacific Tradewinds Hostel hosts travelers from a wide and diverse range of cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds. As a result, it's important that our guests understand that staying in a hostel with shared accommodations is very different than a private room or a hotel. We, therefore, ask each guest to agree to our community rules which can all be summed up with our motto "Be Excellent To One Another."

All guests are required to read and agree to our guest rules below.  By making a reservation or checking into the hostel, you hereby agree to these rules and policies.

1. Checkout time is at 10:30am. If you are staying, you must pay for additional nights before this time.  Late payments will incur a $2 late fee. You may leave your things in the common room storage the day of your checkout. If you don't checkout on time and we have to turn new guests away for your bed, you will forfeit your $20 security deposit.

2. Staff and volunteers are available to help guests from 8AM-midnight each day. If you will be leaving before 8AM you must checkout the night before with the staff. For after-hours emergencies, the manager is located on the 5th floor.

About the Guest Rules:

Our San Francisco Hostel regularly hosts guests from literally all over the world.  As a result we have had the opportunity to translate our guest rules into multiple languages.

However, over time the rules may have changed slightly and the translated rules shown here may or may not have been updated.   Therefore, the English rules above shall govern the terms of your stay and these translations are only provided as a courtesy

Our #1 rule has not changed and will never change. "Be excellent to one another!"

Thanks.
