I've been to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji and stayed in many hostels. But this one was the best! :) I had a very nice and warm welcome at the hostel. They gave me great help with all the things to do in San Fransisco and in the evening I didn't have to go out because it was very nice at the hostel, all were cooking, singing and talking. I'll come back here, soon :)
10's across the board for this hostel. The location is great. Great, laid-back vibe and the staff were awesome and friendly. Really clean and tidy, the showers are hot and the kitchen is small, but well equipped. Big ups to Kat, Avi, Carlo and the rest of the gang at Pacific Tradewinds! Thanks for the recommendations on things to do and taco places to eat at. Loved my stay :) and will definitely be staying there again next time I'm in San Francisco.

First time staying in a hostel and I could not have asked for a better experience. The location is amazing, just off china town, 5 mins to little italy, very close to union square and all the landmark buildings. The staffs were extremely helpful, especially Frankie, he helped me to move my giant suitcase up and down, gave wonderful advice and answered any random question I had. Also met wonderful fellow travellers and had a lot of fun. The hostel feels very homie and lovely.

I LOVE< LOVE< LOVE this Hostel, the staff (KAT) greeted me so warmly, she came down with another person to help me with my bag, then Kat checked me in and showed me to my room. She made me feel completely welcome and able to relax. I am a disabled Veteran and had requested the bottom bunk, which I was accomodated with. Another staff member was Valentino, who is always a joy to be around, he always has something nice to say, as well is a good listener. I
Best hostal ever, is like a family and the location is perfect. Staying at this hostal make more difficult the leaving from this fantastic city. Extremely recommended. The only problem is the parking, ok in the weekends, but impossible in week days. Sal
The hostel is quite small, clean and very friendly. the atmosphere is very nice, as the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone, as I really enjoyed myself.
I loved this hostel. It's clean, fun and safe. The staff is awsome and always there for you, the neighbourhood is safe and relatively close to everything. I would deffinetelly stay there again!
