Hi Kat and Everyone at PT!!!!

Just a short note to thank you all.

I used countless hostels in past 7 months, some good some bad but I absolutely loved Pacific Tradewinds.
The place is conveniently located and professionally run with friendly and helpful staff. There is always someone to talk to or go out with. Very clean, comfy hostel with great communal area for relaxing and socializing. Shame I couldn't stay longer but will be back next time
I'm in SF.

This hostel is very good, good location (close to transamerica pyramid on sacramento street), everything is cleaned every day. Bed sheets, conforter and toilet towel are provided, breakfast is included (bread,milk,cereals,tea,coffee,jam). The staff is very nice, and helpful about what to do in San Francisco.

I had such a stupendously wonderful time staying here. Clean rooms, great conversations and courteous staff that made me feel right at home. I enjoyed that they strongly encouraged people to use low voices after midnight. I will certainly stay here next time I visit the San Francisco area.

Pretty effing awesome! Its on the borders of China town in SF and Little Italy is also a few blocks away. It also has an Indian/Pakistani restaurant called Nan 'n' Curry which I went to everyday. I had chosen this place because of its closeness to Moscone Center (for GDC). But it turned out to be an awesome choice overall!

Ever since I arrived I felt very, very well received. Henry, who works at the from desk among other responsibilities, helped me to take my bag to the fourth floor. Everybody behaved in a very open and respectful fashion, giving advice sharing experiences. Recommend!

This was my first hostel experience and it was a wonderful one. The bed was comfortable, the main room: welcoming, the kitchen: well-equipped, and the bathroom: clean. The staff are some of the kindest, funniest, most intelligent people I've ever met, and their love for the city of San Francisco is apparent. They were very informative, hospitable, and professional. I enjoyed joining them for a drink at Specs my first night, then on a trip to the California Academy of Arts and Sciences another day. The guests were just as friendly and interesting and came from all over the country/world.

Best stay ever! If you love meeting new people and hanging out in a great environment, you'll love your stay. Plus, the location was central to everything, just perfect. I highly recommend it!

Best hostel I have ever been to

Very homy, totally awesome place! I will never go to a different hostel if Im in San Francisco :)

This was my first hostel experience and I was completely blown away by the friendly and fun staff. we went out every day and night and had the best time. we definitely made some solid friends for life here. we'll be visiting again for sure!
